Our preparation fee is included in the partner agency's 3% at closing; the brokerage commission belongs to the agency.

We work with independent, licensed partner agencies: Refit prepares the professional photography and the listing, then a licensed partner agency (registered with the Ruolo) handles viewings, negotiation and closing and charges its own commission; Refit charges a separate fee for the preparation. At closing the agency's 3% also covers Refit's preparation — nothing upfront, you only pay if it sells.
